My home's a galaxy
lightyears away from here
where everything is beautiful
and no one lives in fear

I died in a crash landing
in your desert world
and was reincarnated
as a human girl

lightning struck the porch
opened up my memory
like a forgotten door

school teachers tried to trick me with      their poison smile
   but kids knew the truth and called me 
      starchild

I learned the ancient tongue
and prophecies of peace
I walked with ancient ones who

and I nighthike in the desert
to places no one goes
with my stick in sand I draw
